Keith Franke is a small business owner, nonprofit leader, and the current Mayor of St. Paul Park, a role he also held 2011-2017.

Keith is the owner of the Park Cafe and Franke's Corner Bar, both located in St. Paul Park, MN. He has been a long-time participant in multiple local committees and organizations.

 

Keith is currently serving as the Executive Director for Protect our Charities, a non-profit organization working to educate, inform and maintain the connection between small businesses, charities funded by electronic charitable gaming, and the great local community projects they support.

Keith served two terms as a State Representative, in 2017-2018 and 2021-2022. In 2017 he was named by the Pioneer Press as the member with the most bipartisan voting record in the Minnesota House of Representatives. Keith’s passion at the Capitol for addiction issues gained him the lead position on the Behavioral Health Committee in the 2021-22 biennium.
